A handle had broken on a family members piece of furniture. I took the opportunity to test my rhino and 3D printing skills.
First I took some profile shots and modeled the surface pattern
after creating the surface pattern I projected these onto a surface made in combination of the image and using verniers on the original handle. Next was to complete the shape of the handle, and offset the pattern into the surface. Once converted to mesh I was ready for 3D printing.
